If the courier arrives and you are not at home, normally a card with the reference details is left at your address. At this point you can contact the courier, and either arrange a suitable delivery time, or possibly pick the item up from your local depot. The depot should keep the consignment for 3 days so please call them as soon as possible. After the 3 days have expired the consignment will be returned back to Micro Direct as an undelivered order.
