How long will it take?

It usually takes 5 - 7 working days to diagnose and repair. Where fault is unknown or different to customer's description, a fault finding fee (non-refundable) of £29.16 + VAT is applied. You will receive a quote for repairs or replacement. We will inform you of any delays due to parts availability.

Laptop cleanup

Hard disc drive cloning

This will copy the entirety of your hard drive to a destination HDD. This can be useful when upgrading your HDD, for example.

Microsoft windows re-installation

There are two main reasons why computers would need an operating system (os) re-installation. One is due to the OS being either corrupted or totally damaged because of a software or hardware failure in the system refreshed and restored back to its optimal working speed. This involves wiping off the hard drive and re-stalling the OS, drivers and starter applications. For Microsoft Windows, you’ll require a genuine COA license to have this service.

Prior to an OS re-installation you are offered a backup of your data. This means that backup of your files are kept on a separate disc transferred back to your laptop after your system OS has been reinstalled. This will include files within your ‘ documents’, ‘desktop’and your ‘favorites’. Emails or any other data will be backed up at your request. This service is only offered if the data and the disc’s logical structure are fully intact and not damaged, even though you could not access it directly due to the OS boot failure.

Laptop keyboard replacement
