How Do I Find a Product and Place an Order?

To place an order via www.microdirect.co.uk. Select the product you wish to purchase (using the navigation menu at the top of the screen to locate your product) then simply click on the 'buy now' button - this will then add the product to your shopping basket..
Once you have finished selecting the products you wish to buy, click on the "View Basket" button. This can be found on the top-right of the screen. Once in your basket, you may checkout via the “Microdirect Checkout” or the “Google Checkout” at the bottom of your shopping basket, you will then be taken through the purchase process automatically.
There are three stages to the checkout process; you will see an indicator at the top of the page advising you at what stage you are at. On your first purchase, you will be asked to input your name and address details. Once your first order has been completed, you will be emailed your order confirmation, and a password that you can use to log in with (to save the effort or re-entering all your details) Or, alternatively you may place a telephone order by calling the following,
