DPD make the parcel delivery process as convenient as possible, by providing customers with a 'one-hour time slot' window in which the parcel will be delivered.
The morning of your delivery, you’ll be informed by either text or email of your 'one-hour time slot'. If you would like to change this window you can respond with a time that suits you the best.
Please note: The 'one-hour time slot' service is only available on Priority Services 'Delivery Next Working Day', 'Delivery Next Working Day Pre Noon' and 'Delivery Next Working Day Pre 10am' .

- Priority and Special Service options are added to Standard Delivery Charges.
- Cut off for Priority Services is 5:00pm Mon-Fri, orders placed later will be despatched the Next Working Day.
- All delivery prices quoted are excluding VAT.
- If your delivery address area is experiencing extreme weather conditions deliveries may be delayed.
- We use DPD and Royal Mail to ship our parcels.
